In partnership with IDEMIA, Delaware DMV, and Tolls representatives, including Director Jana Simpler, Deputy Director Amy Anthony, Chief of Communications Shelley Koon, and Public Information Officer Susan Lee, along with numerous subject matter experts and Delawareans who contributed feedback and insights.

Deliverables: Concept and art direction, geofocused outreach campaigns, 5 tiered stakeholder informational packages, statewide advertising and adoption analysis, national media coverage and press release suite, integrated displays and collateral (every feasible industry or agency adopter location statewide), employee opportunities for early testing and training, ambassador presence at major community events, processing and presenting community insight via organic, accessible channels.
