
DELAWARE DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND TOLLS: myDMV Online Services
The ‘My time, my way, my DMV’ campaign emphasized that time saved with an online account = more of doing what customers love. Operationally, this kept highly trained, deeply skilled personnel available for complex transactions. In 2020 alone, the Division saw the number of myDMV users grow by 200% and the DMV and Tolls revenue, in what proved an unprecedented year, still kept the State of Delaware in the black. ($569.6M in FY21)
GOAL :: creating in-house brand components for use across paid, earned, and owned media.
TAGS :: storytelling, conversion, brand crafting, behavior modification, FL/EX media




Deliverables: brand development and recrafted style, storyboarding and editing, mobile-forward graphics, interagency collaboration, and recurring project management/fiscal reporting across channels for stakeholders and the public.
